Are you an experienced and driven property management professional seeking an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment? Look no further! We are on the hunt for a Property Manager to join our incredible team in Coolum Beach

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 170 residential properties, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently and professionally
• Coordinate routine and maintenance, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Prepare detailed condition reports
• Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding lease terms, rent reviews, renewals, and general tenancy matters
• Monitor rental arrears and manage the arrears process, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Utilise full leasing support and remote admin assistance to streamline day-to-day operations, allowing focus on client relationships and portfolio performance

Qualifications Required:

• 2+ years experience in property management
• In-depth knowledge of relevant tenancy laws and regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A customer focused approach and a passion for providing exceptional service
• A current Certificate of Registration (QLD)
• QLD drivers license
• Property Management CRM experience
