About the Opportunity
Operational Training is crucial to business success, and the Project Training Lead will be responsible for leading the design and development of a comprehensive capability and career framework across their blue-collar workforce. This role is pivotal in supporting business outcomes by defining clear career pathways and capability development frameworks for operational roles.
Day to day, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying roles to be included and creating a comprehensive capability matrix to define the training and experience needed for career progression.
• Conducting task and training needs analysis and facilitating workshops to define training requirements for different roles.
• Developing a road map for the resources required to facilitate career progression

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in a medium to large organisation in L&D and have exposure to working in blue-collar environments and building vocational and on-the-job skills training programmes. You will demonstrate strong facilitation skills, particularly with workshops, demonstrating the ability to manage differing opinions and lead to concrete outcomes.
