Position Summary

We are currently seeking highly experienced and professional Security Officers for the NSW Area Health to oversees the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors. You’ll be responsible for proactive patrols, conflict de-escalation, and ensuring a safe environment within hospital premises.

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hospital security role

Minimum 5 years’ overall security experience

Current NSW Security Licence – Class 1A

Valid Senior First Aid Certificate

Active Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Full working rights in Australia

Essential Certifications

Violence Prevention Management Training (Certification must be provided)

Category A Vaccinations (as per NSW Health guidelines for healthcare workers)
