Joining our esteemed team entails undertaking the following key responsibilities:

1. General Carpentry: Proficiency in fixing and adjusting minor issues through to larger projects and tasks. Ideally Qualified Carpenter or have 3+ Years delivery of Commercial general maintenance experience.
2. Project Construction: Demonstrated capability in constructing and delivering various projects such as decking, pergolas, wall and more.
3. Small Plastering & Paint Projects: Skilled in handling minor plastering and painting tasks.
4. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Ability to assist other trades, including electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance, as necessary.
5. Adherence to Safety Protocols: Strict adherence to company safety regulations. Ability to maintain client safety check in's, inductions and overall site compliance requirements.
6. Issue Identification and Reporting: Competence in identifying and reporting major repair work.
