We're on the lookout for a qualified Maintenance Carpenter/Handyman to join our crew! If you're looking to step away from the stress of running your own business or just want reliable, ongoing work without heavy time pressures – this could be the change you're after.

What You'll Be Doing:

You’ll be working directly with our Director and team to carry out maintenance, repairs and project works on a variety of properties.

Common tasks include:

✅ Plastering, patching and painting

✅ General building maintenance and handyman works

✅ Fire door repairs and compliance checks

✅ Small-medium carpentry projects and defect rectification

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience in building maintenance and/or construction in a commercial environment

- Painting and plastering experience essential

- Fire door maintenance experience

- Reliable with your own tools and transport

- Strong attention to detail and work quality

- Able to work independently and manage time well

- Comfortable using phone app's for task management
