About the Role

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance/Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and renovation work, with the ability to contribute effectively across various project sizes.

Our factory is based in Clayton South however, our projects are located throughout Port Phillip and South-East Melbourne.

This role will focus on general building maintenance work and small building projects, therefore the ideal candidate will be an experienced trade’s person with a carpentry maintenance background.

Key Skills

Effective time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Clear and professional communication with clients, team members, and supervisors

Knowledge and understanding of Work Health and Safety principles

Building maintenance carpentry and minor construction competencies

Proficient in other building skills – tiling, plastering, painting, joinery alterations, general labour

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Carpentry duties and various site

Deliver quality finish & excellent customer service

Attend and complete building maintenance works promptly

Maintain a neat and tidy personal appearance and wear company uniform

The capacity to work unsupervised

Valid driver’s licence and a reliable Ute/Van with roof racks and toolboxes is a must

Own tools

Intermediate computer skills (e.g. job management software, email communication)
