The Role

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, building trusted relationships, and promoting innovative ophthalmic products to healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets by delivering value-driven solutions that support patient outcomes and align with the company’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals in your territory

Present and detail ophthalmic products effectively, demonstrating strong product knowledge and clinical benefits

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence

Provide product training and educational support to healthcare providers

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and clinical advancements in ophthalmology

Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs teams to align strategies and share market insights

Ensure compliance with guidelines and company policies

Accurately document sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback

Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative (medical or pharmaceutical field highly regarded)

Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights

Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence
