About the role
Invicta Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Face to Face Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is a casual position working from 2pm - 7.30pm Monday to Friday (optional weekend work). As a Face to Face Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, representing our clients and services and closing sales to contribute to the overall success of the company and our client partners. No experience is needed as full training is provided. International students and working holiday makers are welcome to apply!
What you'll be doing
Engaging with customers in person to understand their needs and interests
Delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
Negotiating and closing sales transactions to meet and exceed individual and team targets
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and sales strategies
Collaborating with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the department
What we're looking for

Excellent negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

What we offer

Competitive salary starting at $31 per hour and increasing to $40 per hour after the initial first 4 week training period.
Uncapped bonuses. Expected bonuses to be between $200-$1000 per week on top of the base wage for sales reps hitting KPIs
