Bolton Clarke Enrolled Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our Home Care clients across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:

• Providing nursing care with the support from an Experienced Registered Nurse.
• Collaborating with community supports, referrers, GPs, families and allied health.
• Contributing to the assessment, prevention and early detection of any health conditions.
• Contributing to the formulation of care plans, reviews and case conferencing.

To be successful, you will have:

• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• 12 months+ experience as an Enrolled Nurse
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
• Own vehicle/licence
• Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
• Evidence of up-to-day COVID-19 vaccinations
