In 2017 we launched our adult range of toothbrushes - NFco (The Natural Family Co.) that have growing representation in major retailers. With Melbourne as head office, Jack N’ Jill has US and UK companies servicing those broader regions and the growth continues year on year.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general accounting duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

Assist in month-end close processes, including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations

Support debt control by monitoring aged receivables, issuing statements, and following up on overdue accounts

Reconcile and analyse sales deductions (e.g. rebates, promotions, discounts, and chargebacks)

Commission reporting

Assist with preparation of BAS, GST, and other statutory obligations

Support ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

What You’ll Need:

A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline

1–3 years of accounting experience preferably in FMCG or consumer goods

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, and experience with Xero

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Familiarity with sales deductions/trade spend accounting is highly desirable along with experience with inventory and foreign currency.
