About the Role

As the Bookkeeper, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the accounting team and clients with accurate and efficient bookkeeping services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Processing payroll and superannuation
• Preparing BAS and GST compliance
• Supporting accountants with financial reporting
• Liaising directly with clients to provide bookkeeping support and resolve queries

What You Will Bring

• The successful Bookkeeper will be proactive, accurate, and confident working across multiple client files.
• Proven bookkeeping experience within a practice or corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
• Experience with BAS preparation and payroll processing
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members
