The Yard Gym Kingston has grown rapidly in our first year — and now we’re ready to take things to the next level. We’re looking for a Sales Leader who can drive our intro offer, generate leads, and convert conversations into memberships.

This role is flexible, dynamic, and perfect for someone who knows how to connect, close, and celebrate wins. Whether you’re a stay-at-home parent with a sales background, or a uni student with a knack for persuasion — if you love people and love success, this could be your role.

What You’ll Do

Work around 10 hours per week (2 hours a day in peak sales times like 8–10am or 4:30–6:30pm).

Drive lead generation and conversions for our intro offers.

Follow proven scripts that build connection and overcome objections.

Relate to our fitness demographic and understand their needs.

Use our CRM to manage speed to lead, pipelines, and handover to the gym manager.

Nurture relationships via calls, texts, and conversations with potential members.

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience (fitness industry a bonus but not essential).

A natural communicator who thrives on building rapport.

Someone who is driven, goal-focused, and loves closing sales.

Comfortable using CRM systems and structured processes.
