Capri Lingerie, Swimwear & Sleepwear – Retail Stylist / Bra Fitter (Casual)

Since 1954, Capri has been Launceston’s iconic, family-run destination for lingerie, swimwear and sleepwear. We specialise in D+ cup fittings, post-surgical fittings and prosthetics, and we’re proud to serve a wonderfully diverse community.

We’re a fun, close-knit team (ages 40+) and we’re ready to welcome another warm, enthusiastic and highly motivated person into the Capri family.

The role

Help customers feel comfortable, confident and cared for, every time

Train to become a certified bra fitter and learn post-surgical fittings

Use your eye for detail to keep the store looking beautiful and inviting

Support sales goals (KPIs, add-on styling, upselling) in a genuinely customer-first way

Use point-of-sale confidently and keep accurate records

(Bonus) Contribute to social media with product snaps and quick captions

You’ll bring

Retail/sales experience (lingerie experience is a plus but not essential)

Initiative, reliability, and a team mindset

Willingness to learn (bra fitting, prosthetics, and the craft of a corsetière)

Hours & pay

Casual, 15–20 hours per week, including some weekdays and every second Saturday.

Additional hours available once trained

Retail Award rates with Saturday penalty rates
