Key Responsibilities.

Cellar Door Sales Assistant supports the day-to-day operation of the Clover Hill Cellar Door.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following.

Consistently providing a high level of customer service to cellar door guests to drive sales and recruitment of wine club members.

Educating cellar door guests about the brand and product range.

Maintaining the cellar door’s appearance, ensuring the space is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked.

Support the execution of on and off-site events, including food/wine festivals, trade visits, promotional events, etc.

Assisting with order fulfillment, including monthly wine club dispatches where required.

Essential Requirements.

The successful candidate must be able to satisfactorily meet the essential requirements listed below (reasonable accommodations may be made).

Communication skills: Must have excellent communication skills to engage with customers and act as a brand ambassador.

High attention to detail: Able to ensure that the details of the role are maintained at the required quality levels consistently.

Sales Acumen: Possess the ability to upsell and achieve sales and wine club recruitment targets.

Willingness to learn: Have the desire to learn and expand upon existing product knowledge.

Ability to travel: Must have a valid driver’s licence.

Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends.
