Our National Support Centre is located in Adelaide CBD, South Australia where our enthusiastic team focuses on the recruitment of new franchise partners and support of existing franchise partners, as well as working with new and existing clients.

The Role
We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to supercharge our online presence, boost rankings, and grow our digital footprint. You’ll take ownership of SEO strategy, content optimisation, and reporting, working closely with our web developer, digital content creator and copywriter to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & execute SEO strategy to drive lead generation and brand visibility across all 4 divisions (Electrical Test & Tag, Pest Control, Cleaning & Carpet Cleaning).

Oversee and manage external SEO team, ensuring backlinking, on-page optimisation, and organic ad campaigns align with company goals.

Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Optimise website structure, landing pages, and content for maximum search performance and conversion.

Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

Audit website regularly to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile-friendliness).

Collaborate with the internal marketing team on content strategy, ensuring alignment with SEO and lead generation objectives.

Stay up to date with algorithm changes & SEO trends, adjusting strategy proactively.

About You

Strong knowledge of SEO principles, including On Page SEO, Off Page SEO, Technical SEO and Local SEO.

Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console)

Strong knowledge and understanding of user engagement and behavioural signals

Experience improving rankings and growing organic traffic

Solid understanding of technical SEO best practices

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Positive, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

3+ Years of industry experience in a similar role
