Your Role:
As a New Home Specialist, you’ll be the face of SF Prestige Homes, driving sales growth while guiding clients through one of the most exciting journeys of their lives — building their dream home.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the sales pipeline to achieve and exceed targets
Personally handle high-value client relationships and sales
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
Work closely with clients to design tailored property solutions
Maintain strong knowledge of land development, house & land packages, and custom builds
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and property presentations
Ensure display homes and client interactions reflect the highest standards of professionalism and service
Report directly to the company director with sales insights and market trends
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience (real estate or building industry preferred, but not essential)
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
A motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously
Strategic thinker with a customer-first approach
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
Professional presentation, positive attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
(Preferred) Completion of a Real Estate Sales Representative course
