About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Data Centre Technician to join our team, servicing Sydney Metro sites. Key duties include:

• Installing patch panels, switches, servers, and other ICT equipment
  
• Fibre splicing and optic fibre installations
  
• Fault finding, testing, and fluke testing of systems
  
• Interacting with clients and delivering exceptional customer service
  
• Completing patch panels, patching of switches, servers and other ICT equipment
  
• Consulting with our clients
  

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in communications cabling or infrastructure cabling
  
• Holds an ACMA Open Cabling Registration and Construction White Card
  
• NV1 security clearance or the ability to undergo clearance (highly desirable)
  
• Can travel to client sites around Sydney
  

Electrical licence would be well regarded but not essential.
