Renumeration: $77,358.00 - $116,963.48 per annum (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)

What you’ll be doing:
Using innovative, evidence-based skills and interventions, you will professionally support individuals seeking assistance with alcohol and drug use. You will take a trauma-informed approach and provide respectful, person-centred care, tailored to each individual’s needs. Central to your role will be employing an individualised, holistic approach to care, incorporating comprehensive care planning to address the diverse physical, emotional, and social aspects of each person’s journey.
The Substance Use in Pregnancy and Parenting Service (SUPPS) Clinician is a district-wide position working alongside the SUPPS Clinical Nurse/Midwife Consultant, Perinatal Infant Mental Health Clinician and SAFE START Coordinator with clinical support and leadership provided by the Perinatal Infant Mental Health and Substance Use District Clinical Leader.
Based in Wagga Wagga, the position provides a hybrid approach to care which includes both face-to-face (including home visiting) and telehealth contact to clients and families residing across the Murrumbidgee region, including NSW residents within the Albury Wodonga Health catchment.
Criteria:
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Tertiary qualifications, as per position description – listed classifications
AHPRA Registration or eligibility for peak body association
Current NSW drivers’ licence and ability to travel as required
NSW WWCC
Vaccination Category A
Current Australian working rights
