About You – Key Selection Criteria:

An ACEQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Strong understanding of Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines

A passion for developing and delivering high-quality educational programs

An adaptable and collaborative leadership style

Commitment to team engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture

Proven ability to mentor, guide, and inspire team members

Advanced computer literacy to support documentation and planning

A willingness to build and maintain meaningful partnerships with families and the wider community

A valid Working with Children Check
