Wings Early Learning Ripley is a brand new, purpose-built 120 place early learning centre committed to providing high-quality early education and care. The centre is in its final stages of construction and is due to open in early January 2026.

We are now recruiting for:

Educational Leader

Early Childhood Teachers

Our staff facilities include:

Role Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

Experience in a leadership or management role (including as an ECT or Educational Leader) within an early childhood education and care setting – ideally a larger service such as this one.

A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

A current Blue Card and ACECQA approved First Aid qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and value customer service

A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children and mentoring educators

Have a long-term career view with the opportunity to grow with the business.

Bush kindy experience will be favourable
