About the Role As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key leadership role, supporting and mentoring educators while ensuring children have access to a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment. You’ll be actively involved in:

• Supporting educators to assess children’s learning and development in line with approved frameworks and curriculum.
• Guiding and mentoring educators to reflect on their teaching practices and pedagogy.
• Building the team’s capacity to create high-quality documentation that reflects children’s learning journeys.

What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education, approved by ACECQA.
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
• Experience working in the early childhood sector
• A valid Working with Children’s Check.
