About the Role:
Working across Monday to Friday in this diverse and fast paced position, you will provide high level confidential and professional administrative support to the CEO, Mayor, Elected Members and Executive Assistant ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of executive services.
Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, preparing official documentation, coordinating internal events and maintaining key corporate records. You will also support Elected Members and the Mayor with processing community requests and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
This role plays a vital part in maintaining executive operations while contributing to continuous improvement and upholding the City’s commitment to service excellence and professionalism.
About you:
You are a proactive and organised individual who thrives working with a degree of independence, effectively managing your time to plan, prioritise and deliver high quality administrative support.
With developing communication and interpersonal skills, you confidently liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships across teams.
Your strong digital literacy enables you to navigate and utilise a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite to support day to day operations. You bring sound knowledge and hands on experience in administrative functions, contributing to the smooth running of executive services.
