What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of ~160 properties
• Building genuine relationships with tenants & owners
• Coordinating repairs & maintenance
• Minimising arrears with confidence

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Property Management
• Certificate of Registration
• Driver’s licence & reliable car
• Strong communication, organisation & problem-solving skills
