Lasseters is the centre of entertainment in Alice Springs, Central Australia, We are currently recruiting for new and experienced Security Officers in full-time and casual positions on a rotating 24/7 roster.

• Full-Time, Salary position $83,200 per annum.

In this role
- Security presence within the property
- Logistical support in the conduct of various functions; and
- Monitoring public areas to ensure a safe environment for patrons and staff.

Duties include:

- First Aid responder
- Cash handling and escorts
- Routine checks and respond to alarms/incidents.

- Monitoring patron's levels of intoxication,
- Enforcing dress regulations, assessment and enforcement
- Identification checks

To be successful for this position, you will need to demonstrate:

- Experience working in the security industry;

- Ability to communicate and deal with people at all levels;
- Experience in making prompt, reliable decisions within bounds of allocated responsibilities;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports; and
- Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.

The applicant will already hold an NT Dual Crowd Control and Security Licence and be able to obtain a Casino Operatives Licence, which involves criminal history checks and government probity checks. A First Aid Certificate is a pre-requisite for this position.
