Role:
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will:

Contribute to a large-scale Salesforce implementation and integration initiative within the Not-for-Profit sector, supporting health and education outcomes.

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to transform how the client manages its instructor network and delivers training programs.

Build robust Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and OmniStudio components (Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and OmniScripts) to automate workflows and enable seamless data exchange between systems.

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Technical Architect, and development team to deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Support DevOps processes including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing best practices.

You will have:

4-6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including enterprise-level implementations.

Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I required; advanced certifications preferred).

Proven expertise with Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, FlexCards).

Experience working with Experience Cloud (Communities) and strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security.

Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Familiarity with Git, Gearset/Copado, and CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce DX, Jenkins).

Strong testing, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and Agile/Scrum experience.
