We are a dedicated property maintenance company specialising in servicing rental properties across Southeast Queensland. Our mission is to ensure our clients’ properties are well-maintained and ready for their next tenants.

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Maintenance Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure our properties are in top condition. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage gardening and landscaping duties

- Execute repairs, painting and maintenance work

- Complete minor trade work as required

- Removal & disposal of furniture/waste as required

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy work environment

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with tools

- Carpentry experience is highly regarded, but not required

- QLD driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (personal car is preferred, but not required)

- First Aid certification and White Card are highly regarded

- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
