Established and long running workshop specialising in metal fabrication, welding and installation across architectural, remedial and structural projects.

TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE - WORKSHOP FABRICATOR AND ON-SITE INSTALLER.

Pay Rate: Negotiable for the right candidate. Full time + super + overtime penalty rates + phone allowance. Overtime available!

General Experience:

• Well rounded steel fabricators with experience in either workshop fabrication or site installation
• All round welding and fabrication skills working on projects ranging from large structural steel, residential and bespoke projects
• Minimum 3+ years experience post apprenticeship. We are looking for candidates who will fit in with the existing team.
• Proven experience working without supervision, be self-motived and organised
• An understanding of blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine job requirements

Skills:

• Trade Qualified - Boilermaker / steel fabricator welder
• MIG and MMA welding competent
• Tig welding also desirable
• Mild Steel, Aluminium, Stainless and Brass
• Legally permitted to work in Australia
• NSW White card
• Driver license and own transport essential. Willing to travel to the workshop in Botany.
• Working with heights, confined spaces & forklift tickets - desired but not essential

WORKSHOP FABRICATOR

Work from our well equipped and maintained workshop in Botany. You will work to a set of drawings and fabricate all types of projects from handrails, balustrades, fencing, structural and architectural.

ON-SITE INSTALLER

Working on projects across Sydney you will join a team of our experienced, hard working Boilermaker/Metalworker installers. Must be able to work safely & under pressure to join our busy site crew.
