Metal Fabricator / Installer - Wetherill Park, Sydney NSW

We're seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator / Installer to join our team, specialising in the fabrication and installation of bespoke metal staircases, balustrades, and architectural features. This role involves a mix of factory-based work and on-site installation.

We are especially interested in candidates with TIG welding experience, as this skill is highly valued for the precision and finish required in our projects.

What You'll Do

Fabricate metal staircases, balustrades, and components in the workshop

Install completed products on-site with precision and high-quality finishes

Read and interpret shop drawings and technical plans

Carry out onsite adjustments and welding (TIG welding highly desirable)

Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure safe work practices

Collaborate with site supervisors and clients to deliver seamless outcomes

Uphold WHS, quality, and compliance standards at all times

About You

Previous experience in metal fabrication and installation (staircases/balustrades highly regarded)

TIG welding experience highly desirable

Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

White Card (Construction Induction) essential

Current driver's licence and reliable transport
