Our Client:
Associated with one of Australia’s most recognised names in property development, our client is the exclusive onsite Real Estate Agency arm of the business. They are a stellar business with a strong team culture, long-term staff (some 10+ years) and chic modern offices with all the leading technology and support to make this work environment incredibly attractive to any professional.

Duties

• open homes, private inspections, responding to buyer enquiries by phone / email as required, keeping buyers updated / nurturing them on what’s happening and future properties.
• Organising inspections with the property’s occupants, which could be the owner or renter.
• Updating details of work completed into the CRM.
• Working within KPIs for the role.
• Assisting the main agent in their role.

Specific requirements:
If you have been in a Sales Associate role and want to take the next step, this is for you

• Real Estate sales experience
• Current Certificate of Registration / License, car and driver’s license
• Desire to learn and grow within a thriving office, and self-motivated
• Additional language skills would be helpful, however not essential
