The Role:

We’re looking for driven and confident individuals to join our cold calling team. Your role is to contact outbound leads, start conversations, and book qualified appointments for our senior advisors.

You don’t need to be a financial expert just someone who can pick up the phone, build rapport quickly, and explain the value of a conversation with our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Making high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients.

Sparking interest in our financial services and asking the right questions.

Qualifying prospects and booking them into appointments.

Overcoming objections and staying resilient on the phone.

Updating the CRM with call notes, status updates, and outcomes.

Hitting weekly KPIs and contributing to a strong team culture.

What You’ll Need:

A confident phone manner and strong communication skills.

Resilience and drive — you're not afraid of rejection.

Previous phone-based sales experience is a bonus (but not required).

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work from a script while still sounding natural.
