Internal Sales Representative – Laverton North (Melbourne Office)

Palmers Relocations is a proudly Australian-owned business with over 40 years of history helping people move across the globe. We’re continuing to grow, and we’re looking for an Internal Sales / Sales Support & Appointment Setter to join our Melbourne team.

What you’ll be doing:

Responding to inbound phone and online enquiries.

Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs.

Setting appointments and supporting our sales team to secure international relocations.

Providing admin support and following up leads to ensure a smooth client journey.

What we’re looking for:

A proven track record in sales or sales administration.

A self-starter with strong communication skills across all levels.

Someone who is proactive, organised, and enjoys working hands-on.

A good sense of humour and a positive, energetic attitude.

Industry experience is desirable but not essential – we’ll provide training.
