Our clients are a well known and rapidly growing construction company with multiple sites across Perth and the suburbs with the head office being located in the western suburbs of Perth.
Due to growth the company now requires an experienced HSEQ Manager for this newly created vacancy on a full time basis.

The vacancy:

To review/write procedures and correct processes to bring the company in line with building expectations of safety first for all.

Implement policies and procedures across the company and out to all necessary stakeholders.

Implementation of a training proposal and budget

Implementation of chosen HSEQ system

Drive the companies aim to become ISO accredited

Manage the ongoing HSEQ of all the sites, employees and stakeholders.

Managing training and inductions

Keep business updated on changes to HSEQ and ISO standards

Conduct internal audits

Liaise with ISO auditors

Checking inductions and training plans

Manage x 2 HSEQ officers

Report into the General Manager/Directors

Mainly office based role

To apply:

Have experience with ISO and OFSC Accreditation and standards

Experience in HSEQ Risk Management

Experience in implementing controls to support business operations;

Previously worked within a HSEQ Management role in Australia.

Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational and communication skills.

Ideally hold the appropriate qualifications

Hold a drivers license and be a resident visa holder or Australian Citizen

In return:

A fantastic salary of between $150,000 to $175,000 + Super + Ute + Fuel card
