This permanent full-time role is available in Brisbane, Sydney or Canberra.

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive?Payroll Systems and Support Coordinator?to support and enhance our SAP HR (Payroll) systems. You'll work closely with our Payroll Services team and external SAP Support team to deliver system improvements, coordinate testing, and resolve complex issues—ensuring smooth and compliant payroll operations across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate and implement SAP HR (Payroll) system changes driven by legislation, enterprise agreements, and business improvements

Provide expert advice and support to the Payroll Operations team

Liaise with SAP consultants to ensure accurate system configuration

Manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Investigate and resolve complex system issues, including data mismatches

Support training delivery and process optimisation

• Assist with internal and external audit activities

What you'll bring:

• Significant experience in the use of SAP HR (Payroll) systems.

Ability to identify, analyse and resolve SAP HR (payroll) systems issues.

Understanding of, or ability to quickly acquire understating of, current Payroll processes, superannuation legislation and Airservices Enterprise Agreements.

Ability to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Motivation to embrace technology and continuous improvement
