About the Role

We are a specialist drain cleaning and pipe replacement team servicing Melbourne, and we are growing fast. Our focus is on delivering long-term solutions for customers while providing an exceptional experience—this means doing all the small things right: arriving on time, keeping sites tidy, engaging positively with customers, and ensuring every job is completed to a high standard.

As a Drain Specialist, your work will include:

Unblocking domestic drains using specialised equipment

Assisting excavation crews with drain repairs and pipe replacement

Providing clear advice and quotations for permanent solutions

Following up to ensure happy customers

You’ll be provided with everything you need to succeed: fully maintained vehicle, tools, smartphone, iPad, uniform, and access to ongoing training.

Must be available to work Saturdays on a roster basis.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Plumber (VIC-registered)

Blocked drain experience preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Ability to follow procedures carefully and liaise with teams

Upbeat, positive attitude and a passion for making customers happy
