About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Plumber to join our team at BW Plumbing Solutions Pty Ltd in Greensborough, Victoria. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the plumbing systems for our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

Providing a wide range of plumbing services including installation, maintenance and repairs in industrial, commercial, strata and residential settings

Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing issues, providing recommendations and tangible solutions

Completing plumbing works in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant codes and regulations

Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work completed

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of plumbing operations

What we're looking for

Formal qualification as a Registered Plumber with a Plumbing License

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Plumber, preferably in a similar role

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Exceptional customer service orientation and communication abilities

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
