Seeking a hands on site foreman/supervisor to join an ever growing earthworks company in the construction and foundation industry specializing in deep excavation, piling, shoring wall systems, retaining walls and the likes.

This role will provide an excellent stepping stone to practicality and first hand into the world of construction for foundation works in Piling, Anchoring, Shotcreting and Excavation.

To be considered, applicants must have:

On site experience for at least 5 years

Read and understand plans

Knowledge in rotating laser and take levels and heights

Strong leadership and organization qualities

Must have good communication & interpersonal skills

WH&S aware and competent

JOB DUTIES:

Manage construction sites, ensuring that all workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes

Ensure project completion with budget and deadlines while maintaining work quality and standards.
