Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Administration Officer to join our Human Resources team. This position is designed for a passionate, motivated individual eager to contribute to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Provide administrative and generalist support across the full HR function.
  • Manage shared HR inboxes and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Respond to general employee queries and direct more complex matters as appropriate.
  • Coordinate day-to-day HR administration tasks, including maintaining personnel files, registers, and HR templates.
  • Prepare employee correspondence using approved templates and assist with ad hoc communications.
  • Schedule and support activities such as interviews, meetings, training, and probation reviews.
  • Undertake HR data entry and reporting to support compliance and decision making.
  • Assist with monitoring and updating HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and the overall HR presence within the Company.
  • Liaise with payroll and other stakeholders to ensure accurate employment records and smooth HR operations.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across all areas of HR.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' administration or HR experience and possess the ability to communicate and form relationships with all stakeholders, employees and clients.

Essential Requirements:

All employees must hold and maintain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check (NPC).

  • WWCC from relevant state authority, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
  • NPC, issued within 3 months prior to appointment and renewed annually.

Remuneration:

  • Level 5 (AWCC Enterprise Agreement 2022-2025) $69,281 per annum plus superannuation.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday – 8.30 AM. to 4.36 PM.
  • Annual Shutdown Period during Christmas/New Year period (Dec/Jan,10 A/L days).
