Subiaco Private Hospital is an accredited multi-disciplinary hospital that provides 2 operating theatres to offer a broad range of surgical services for all patients. The Hospital was opened in 2010 and has since built a well-deserved reputation for excellence in clinical care throughout the Perth community. Specialty fields include ENT, Otology, Plastic & Reconstructive, Ophthalmic, Oral and Maxillofacial , General Surgery and orthopaedics. Case mix covers adult and paediatric surgery with a large focus on paediatric ENT.

Subiaco Private Hospital currently has opportunities available for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the administration team on a casual or permanent part time basis

The successful candidate will have:

A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of Subiaco Private Hospital

Previous Hospital administration/reception experience preferred.

Knowledge of health fund eligibility requirements

High level of communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in an interactive environment as well as work with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated computer literacy with MS Office and relevant databases.
