Let's get straight to the details...
In this dynamic role you will be accountable to our Chief Executive for providing confidential, high-level administrative services, including diary management. This is not your standard EA role, as you will be providing high level internal and external stakeholder communication and engagement, advising on, and contributing to the resolution of complex and sensitive issues and documentation.
You will support the Executive Officers and the Board Secretary in delivering secretarial support to our Board and Committees. You will also be responsible for providing leadership, management and coordination of office administration and the LSA's Executive Assistant team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a trusted advisor to our CE, and make a genuine impact right across our organisation, and by extension to the Lifetime Support Scheme Participants who are at the centre of everything we do.
For more information about the role, please refer to the Job & Person Specification.
The experience we are looking for…
To be successful in our position you will have:
Extensive experience providing confidential executive support and strategic advice on sensitive matters to senior leaders.
Proven ability to lead, coach and manage administrative teams to deliver high-quality support services.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience liaising across government, executive and external organisations.
High-level written communication skills, including drafting and reviewing correspondence, reports and minutes with attention to political sensitivity and risk.
Skilled in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic and operational outcomes.
If you don't meet all of these requirements, but think you would be great at this job, we'd still like to hear from you.
