Service Division Manager – Electrical (WA Licensed)

Salary : $130,000 -$150,000K + Super + Work Vehicle

We’re on the hunt for a driven Service Division Manager to take our thriving electrical service division to the next level. With a current turnover of $4M and a clear target of $10M, this role is perfect for an ambitious leader who thrives on building business, driving results, and leading from the front.
This is not your typical management role – you’ll be out in front, developing new business opportunities while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’ve got the energy, vision, and commercial smarts to make big things happen, this is your chance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the service division day-to-day, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Take charge of business development (75%), winning new clients and breaking into new markets.
• Manage and mentor your team while maintaining strong operational oversight (25%).
• Provide clear reporting and product control updates to senior management.
• Oversee tendering of works, with support from our estimator.
• Develop and execute strategies to scale turnover from $4M to $10M.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience managing a business division, with a strong business development focus.
• Valid WA Electrical Licence (essential).
• Solid background in commercial, contract, and budget management.
• Hands-on experience preparing and writing tenders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills – able to influence, persuade and deliver.
• A problem-solver with commercial acumen and a drive to succeed.
