We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy candidate who can read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

You will be on our Design Team doing a variety of tasks including drafting, estimating, procurement, scheduling and general assistance.

This ad is advertised at Full-Time but for the right person, we are willing to discuss what hours you can work.

About the business

We create architectural metalwork and see projects through from the drafting and design stage to fabrication to installation.

Everything we do is a one-off design - from staircases, gates, fences, balustrades, furniture and everything in between.

Tasks & responsibilities

Design and drafting

Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

Liaise with clients and other team members regarding designs

Provide detailed cost summaries including cost saving designs

Build and improve companies quoting procedures

General office and job coordination

Qualifications & experience

Reading and understanding architectural and engineering drawings is essential

Understanding of steel fabrication and installation desired

Solidworks experience desired but not essential
