Central Health Alliance is looking for two registered nurses to potentially job share a FT position with some overlay of hours as required to cover sick and annual leave of other nursing staff. We are located in Williamtown NSW, next door to Newcastle Airport, 45mins from Nelson Bay, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley and 30mins from Newcastle.
We are seeking some experience/knowledge in general practice nursing, however training can be provided for the right candidate . The contracted position hours will be permanent part time and discussed at interview dependent on your availability and the job sharing position being filled. New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply also. The positions will ideally commence 2025 but open to 2026 commencement.
Nursing working hours are between Monday to Friday - 730am to 630pm, Saturday 730am to 2pm. No Sundays, No public holidays.
CPR is required or must be obtained within 3 months of commencement.
Immunisation certificate desirable but not essential.
Triaging, holistic nursing assessment, teamwork, initiation, communication are important factors for our team.
The position refers to the Nurses Award MA000034 pay guide and description of RN level.
