About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our vibrant and friendly team. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centred approach to healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of clinical nursing services within scope of practice

Assess and coordinate the care needs of patients across all age groups

Collaborate closely with GPs, allied health professionals, and administrative staff

Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure monitoring, wound care, ECGs, immunisations (childhood and adult), and health assessments

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Manage and order clinical supplies to ensure stock availability

Commit to ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions

Requirements

Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum 2 years of experience working in a general practice setting (preferred)

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse

Competence in using medical software and clinical tools
