We require a registered nurse in General Practice that is energetic and a caring nurse to work in our Medical Centre. Duties include the following but not limited to:

Triage / ECG / Spirometry

Childhood Immunisations plus other vaccinations .

Wound management

Chronic Disease Management, Care Plans, and Health Assessments

Clinical Data Management

Stock Control / Ordering / Sterilization

Maintaining the Treatment Room to accreditation standards :

Current AHPRA Registration

Previous experience in General Practice preferable but not essential

Minimum of 1 year nursing experience required

Work cooperatively within the team

Excellent organisational skills, communication and interpersonal skills

An understanding of the chronic disease management plans

Competent computer skills

Desirable but not essential:

Current First Aid & CPR certificate

Immunisation Certificate

Knowledge of General Practice Accreditation and Legislative requirements

Evidence of continuing professional development

Working Hours: Monday and Tuesday 8.30am to 5pm

Rostered Saturdays 9am - 1pm.

Immediate start is desirable. Wages in accordance with award wage.
