About the role

You will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing our fleet of elevated work platforms (EWPs), forklifts, and telehandlers both in the workshop and out in the field. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a supportive and professional team.

What you'll be doing

Carry out scheduled servicing and planned repairs on EWPs, forklifts, telehandlers, and related equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults, implementing timely and effective solutions.

Provide responsive breakdown support and field service repairs to minimise customer downtime.

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain fleet reliability and deliver outstanding customer service.

Keep accurate records of work completed, parts used, and customer interactions.

Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with safety protocols, WHS requirements, and company policies.

What we're looking for

Trade qualification: Plant Mechanic, Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Technician, or equivalent.

Previous experience with access equipment, forklifts, or telehandlers (highly regarded).

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills (hydraulics, electrical, mechanical).

Current driver’s licence (HR or MR desirable).

EWP Service Technician experience and/or high-risk licence an advantage.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
