Are you a skilled Draftsperson looking to elevate your career in the residential construction space? This is your opportunity to join the in-house drafting team of a well-established builder/developer with a strong presence across SEQ

You’ll be part of a collaborative, growth-focused team working on a diverse portfolio of residential housing and land development projects. This role suits someone with a solid grounding in Revit, a passion for high-quality documentation, and a desire to contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Producing detailed working drawings using Revit

Conducting site analysis and residential sitings

Preparing and modifying architectural plans for a range of residential projects

Managing plan variations and development documentation

Ensuring compliance with local planning and setback requirements

Liaising with consultants and internal stakeholders

Supporting the land development division with technical drafting

What We’re Looking For:

2 - 3+ years of experience in residential drafting (volume or custom build experience ideal)

Advanced proficiency in 3D building information modelling tools such as ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Rhino 3D (non-negotiable)

Strong understanding of Australian building codes and residential construction

Familiarity with local planning guidelines and development overlays

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

Clear communicator and proactive team contributor
