Role Summary:

• This is a Senior Cyber Security Pre Sales Engineer role. You will act as the technical linchpin throughout the sales cycle - scoping solutions, leading architecture design, and driving client confidence.
• The role is QLD focused with strong exposure to government and corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with government and large corporate clients in Queensland to understand requirements
• Lead solution design and architecture across F5, SentinelOne, Palo Alto, Fortinet, BeyondTrust, Netskope, Akamai and others
• Develop PoCs, pilots, and demos
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and vendors to deliver winning proposals and RFP responses
• Present technical roadmaps and solutions to C-suite and security leadership
• Stay current with evolving threats, industry trends, and vendor technologies
• Support deal negotiation with technical validation and risk analysis

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years cyber security pre sales experience
• Strong technical expertise across F5, SentinelOne, Palo Alto, Fortinet, BeyondTrust, Netskope, Akamai
• Experience with government/public sector and large corporates
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Confident presenter and communicator with consultative approach
• Hungry, sales-driven, adaptable mindset
