About the Role
Lead a software engineering team to deliver leading global educational platforms. You’ll mentor up to 15 engineers, oversee technology and resources, and drive secure, scalable solutions. This role nurtures talent and fosters collaboration, making it ideal for someone passionate about growth and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide engineers with personal and career development plans, encouraging skill-sharing, and both personal & professional development
• Enhance SDLC processes, own system architecture, and ensure best-practice delivery.
• Allocate resources and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Champion a positive & innovative team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years managing small to medium-sized software development teams, good natural communication skills, you'll enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in being a 'good leader' (look up the term and have a peer evaluate you).
• You'll be recognised for having good influencing skills, analytical abilities for complex projects, and experience in software project estimation.
