About the role

TJM Karratha is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in Karratha, Western Australia. As a fulltime Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to clients

Assisting with the sale of products, including processing transactions and handling cash

Maintaining the visual presentation and organisation of the store

Restocking and replenishing inventory as needed

Handling customer inquiries and providing product information

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
