Our client, a growing boutique law firm is looking for a motivated Junior Legal Secretary to join a busy and supportive Property team in Sydney CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the early stages of their legal support career who is eager to learn, grow, and become an integral part of a collaborative team.
Working closely with senior legal staff, you’ll provide essential administrative and secretarial support that keeps the practice running smoothly. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers exposure to a wide variety of property and commercial work, with plenty of opportunities to build your skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting correspondence and documents under supervision;
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements;
- Maintaining organised electronic and paper filing systems;
- Assisting with billing and end-of-month processes;
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders in a professional manner;
- Proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all work; and
- Supporting the team with general administration and ad-hoc tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills;
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn; and
- Previous legal admin or office experience is desirable but not essential, perfect for someone looking to step up into a Legal Secretary role!
